Sentry Was that confirmed? I recall we initially speculated it might be the Void. If it was the Sentry I don't know why they'd have him as a shadowy figure since everyone knew at that point that Sentry was in the Dark Avenges and everyone knows he's godly powerful and batshit crazy.

I should've been more specific and said Void Sentry but at the time that the Cabal was formed the Dark Avengers didnt make their debut Yeah, but we knew because solicit covers had been released and hiding him in the shadows to obscure him from the audience would be dumb if it weren't someone unexpected. I really didn't catch the implication, either. On a somewhat different note, is "The List" over? And what was the point of it? He didn't exactly accomplish anything except kill Punisher (who probably wasn't going to be an integral part of the Cabal, anyway) and capture Ronin (which was pointless since he's still showing up in New Avengers and Captain America: Reborn.)

I was wondering the same.. they never outright confirmed who the shadow was, everyone's more or less just assumed it was Sentry by now.

Skaar isn't really going to succeed in killing him.
I feel like these "List" one shots are redundant, because everyone has already had their "moment" with Osborn in their main books. Spider-Man in "American Son," it's been pretty much the main focus in "Punisher," all throughout New Avengers they've butted heads (though "The List" was the first time Clint actually went out and attacked them.)

We still have to see if he'll kill Namor, too! I agree with the Punisher thing, it should've been handled as the next arc. Why the hell wouldn't you send Daken or someone stronger after him in the first place? You're talking about a guy that's taken down countless powered opponents and you send c and d-listers after him? That's sooooo gonna work. I'm really hoping though, that Spider-man: The List will be good.

Maybe Mephisto really has nothing better to do than fuck with Peter Parker all day. Or, perhaps after this - Spoiler:
they form some sort of alliance.

If they bring him forward in the buff he's bound to feel powerless and humbled. Of course, I don't know what their intentions are, but whatever they are, it couldn't hurt.
