- Brightest Day thoughts.
- Spoiler:
Ok, this is just some questions about Brightest Day. The White Lantern apparently has no problem with killing as it offed Hawkman and Hawkgirl, claiming that the 12 were resurrected to purify their life stream and in turn help purify the Earth which has been contaminated by Man kind. The White Lantern states there's a Dark Avatar that seeks to destroy the life source of Earth by destroying the forest. My suspicion this "avatar" is The Anti Monitor, as we recently found out Death Storm brought the White Lantern battery to Qward and is there referring to his Master as "big guy," looking way up at him. Now my question is, if the dark avatar is The Anti Monitor.....why did the ring bring him back to life? Why not just give him the ultimate "screw you" and leave him dead? But, if the anti monitor is not the black avatar....any speculation on who is?
Black Adam?
- Spoiler:
idk i think it maybe Osiris actually cuz he sure doing a whole lotta killing but then again that might just deal w/ him and Blaze and not crossover into the mainstream of the DCU. i dont think its the Anti-Monitor though and hell play a much different role and thats why he's been resurrected. If anything i think him being back just means the Sinestro Corps will also play a much bigger role in this that we haven't seen yet. Also the avatar could be Krona since he is about to fuck shit up in a major way
i dont have an answer yet. i just want to exclude deathstorm from the list. he is one of the souls that needs to be purified.

| So you want a character who is born a mutant, gets bitten by radioactive spider that gives him/her more powers but screws up heart, makes suit of armour to fix heart, lab explodes during armour testing bathing him/her in gamma rays giving even more powers and vast intellect and kills his/her parents sending him/her into depression which only world travel can cure. Finds magic hammer, Studies magic then steals rocket and goes into space where he/she is exposed to cosmic rays gaining yet more powers. Crash land on strange planet, get alien symbiot from vending machine, goes hom and fights crime.
That about sum it up? Maybe there needs to be an accident with a truck full of chemicals that renders him/blind but enhances all other senses.

Bendis can't do it all. You know they hire guys right at conventions right? If you show your portfolios to the editors there and they think you have the chops, they'll give you a gig right there. Or contact you soon after.

I did have some contacts at Marvel that said they'd look over my stuff but I haven't haven't heard back from them in a while.
