pretty sure the current Amazing Man is from New Orleans. I'll look it up now.

You're right. Clay is from New Orleans... I thought the first one... Will Everett was AFrican though.... altough he operated in detroit... I could be wrong.
Looked it up, Will Everett was an American Olympian.

Ah I see. Thank you.
Can you link me to the website please? Was it DC database?
Wiki'd actually. I figured good enough for now.

Yea Wikipedia is decent sometimes. I'm wary of anything I read from there though since it user created and edited.

ANd I can neer find exactly what I'm looking for... I look up Thor and its never the Thor from Marvel lol. ANyways.

Both Will and Clay are the grandsons of the original Amazing Man who was american.

I didn't know there was an Amazing Man before Will... was he around during the original JSA run?

I know that they had him in All-Star Squadron.

I used to read All-Star... thats wierd... I honestly don't remember him.
I really liked that team. The stories where they fought Per Degaton were pretty damn good.

His first grandson was Amazing Man in the 90's, he had a costume almost exactly like that.

Me too. I keep hoping they'll bring her back to life. She would be perfect for a DC Space team.

This is the team I think they should use.
Captain Comet
Starman (Prince Gavyn)
Maxima
Eradicator
Kovikt
Darkstar
Tigorr

I don't think Canda is a country in DC, I mean they never talk about it, and I'm sure with all the metahumans in DC they would have atleast one hero or villian from there....

As for Marvel they only seem to have a single hero from each country outside of North America.

Marvel's got a lot of heroes from different countries. Pick up a copy of the Marvel Atlas or whatever it's called and you'll get a better idea about Marvel's diversity.

In recent years, Marvel's suggested in titles such as the new Iron Man series that a lot of other countries have whole teams. (E.g. the Philippines had a whole superhero team that was killed off by Ezekiel Stane).

Yeah, Marvel & DC actually have plenty of heroes from all over. But most are rarely touched on.

Marvels Russia has a super team much like the Avengers. They have a Cap, Red Guardian I think, a Vision, Sputnik was his name for a while, a Thor, um... whatever, he even had a human alter ego like Thor used to have.

& there's an X-Men like team, too.

As for DC's Canada...

um...

wait...

Nope, I got nothin'.

Well, Dan, Captain Boomerang, obviously. Gateway, from the X-Men comics. Also Tasmanian Devil or Tiger... whichever he is...

If you include not DC & Marvel, Astro City mentioned Bushranger, or something...

Knightsabre from Youngblood.

Dingo from Backlash, Wildstorm comic.

There was that guy from Clan Destine, but he was really lame...

That's heaps more that DC's Canada... um...
