| I was trying to come up with a DC version of a team like the Secret Avengers, a new Justice League Elite/Justice League Task Force. Here's what I came up with.
The Guardian (Obvious similarities to Steve but he was the leader of the Metropolis Science Police and seemed to know what he was doing)
Martian Manhunter (Obviously the shapechanging and mind reading would be very useful in a covert team and power level wise he serves in the same capacity as Nova and between him, Big Barda, and Mister Miracle they have the space aspect covered)
Steel (My choice for the War Machine position)
The Atom (My choice for the Antman replacment and between Steel and Ray they have the scientific role that the Beast provides)
Big Barda (She's the badass super strong female replacement for Valkyrie and it worked so I could use Mister Miracle)
Mister Miracle (My replacement for Beast he's got the agile fighting skills, his ability to escape from anything would be a huge asset, and his motherbox would provide trasport for the team)
Nemesis (Tom Tresser) (Can assume the appearence of anybody and is trained as a spy, my choice for the Black Widow role)
Ravager (My pick for the Moon Knight role, a badass fighter who's trying to make up for the mistakes of the past)
I also considered Mister Terrific for the position that the Guardian filled but he's better on the JSA. I also considered the original Question if he were alive he would be perfect for this team, I wish they would have brought him back during Blackest Night. | |

Thought of this idea last night. If you had to chose 1 mutant team who would be on it? Imagine Marvel had to whittle the X-Men line down to 1 book. Any mutant you want, maybe 8 members at most.
