Thats a good argument, I can see that now especially since all the other people to the right in the sketch are in variations of the same pose more or less as well. I wasnt saying they were a bad artist or anything just trying to start a discussion.

I have the poster. I think it's Turner's best work. I think he does really good on bodies. His guy faces could use a little more detail. His women are a little formulaic but he found a good formula.

Possibly....

but I don't like Turner. His women, most of his style, and I made an off comment about Thor and Namor's face being exactly the same cuz I JUST noticed it. Course now you can throw Superman on that same face. I think he's incredibly overrated and the main reason why he's still around is because of the 90's, and the whole brain tumor issue. It just gives him a bit more... notoriety for overcoming it.

As for Land, there are billions of reasons why he's a hack. Same PORN Face poses, stealing images of celebrities for his art, vast inconsistencies of the same character from page to page, and stealing work from other artists. Hell.. using the same pose 14 times over is probably the least annoying thing.

I know what you're saying TB. Some of the anatomy is pretty "off".

& it's not the only time I've seen this kinda thing.

Often Kirby would sacrifice some accuracy for power &/or speed. I'd say this is one of those times.

Overall it's a cool pic.
