I just want to know it's somewhere in existence so that my imaginations can have some free reign. But the Charlton hereos should have their own little Earth. I'm happy with it as is. Well... there needs to be one devoted to the Watchmen.
Like earth 43. 43?
I can't find any records of that earth.
exactly. Yeah, as Pete already pointed out there are several earths unacounted for.
Thank you for listening Dan.
Thank you.
and no, I don't want any crossover action unless its little easter egg panels. Like in Final Crisis for example. It's self contained and well... nothing needs to be added. Especially when it will just taint the whole thing.
yeah, anything else would just spoil it's uniqueness. & feel like a cash in. You mean, like . . .

EVER. It was just a little throw-out... It's not like I'd actually write it. I never EVER will touch anything upon anything of Allen Moore's or Warren Ellis's. It's a contract the elder gods bound me with.

The only thing I really wouldn't mind too much was something like the whole "search for Ray Palmer" going to multiple universes thing. from what I remember, it didn't detract from the actual series or universe whatsoever.

| I dont want them to ever do anything else with Watchmen... ever!....
Not even Alan Moore!
It'll turnout like The DarkKnight 2...
It was the greatest Graphic Novel ever.... That is enough for me.

| See this is basically how I feel.
Except I don't mind easter egg panels and such.
Also wouldn't mind scenarios like the ray palmer one mentioned. Didn't do anything to change the characters, and didn't change the story that took place etc.
Basically just an easter egg.

Basically just an easter egg. yeah background appearances and references are fine, but a Watchmen 2 would be stupid. No matter who wrote it. If they hadn't kept so accurate to the comic for the watchmen movie, I'd be worried that people would beg for a sequel, just like they did for 300, but I wouldn't expect non-comic fans to be super interested.
