Standard HTML code works. This is the code for embedding audio. If you don't like the player . . . Well there are others.

Code:
<embed src= "http://www.odeo.com/flash/audio_player_standard_gray.swf" quality="high" width="300" height="52" allowscriptAccess="always" wmode="transparent"  type="application/x-shockwave-flash" flashvars= "valid_sample_rate=true&external_url=PASTE URL HERE" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer"></embed>

Do you know if this will work on something that's already in a Quick Time player online? Like a podcast.

Yes, it displays your audio in a, more or less generic, flash player. Just paste the URL (make sure it ends with .mp3 and not all the unnecessary stuff) after "url=" where it says PASTE URL HERE.

There's also a way to do with BBCode, but . . . It's too goddamn complicated.

Nice...thanks! I'll give it a shot next time.

This is one I could test for myself, but you know how at the top of each post we are making there's the topic space ^

What happens if we put something there? Like not the threads name? Just trying it now on this post.
