I kinda I hope not. I mean I like Brubaker but I'm not sure I really want him to be the creative force behind the Marvel Universe. He's yet to even prove himself on a big team book. I know, Secret Avengers, but I haven't read that, yet and if it is out (I'm not sure) he needs to complete at least one long-form story arc before he's given that kind of responsibility. In fact, they should've asked the same of Bendis before they even did Disassembled. He's done the X-Men, and he wrote Deadly Genesis.
His X-Men was okay, nothing to completely rave about. Along with Deadly Genesis he wrote the Rise and Fall of the Shi'ar Empire so if I'm not mistaken, he plotted the return of Vulcan and the events which lead to War of Kings, Realm of Kings, etc.

Yeah, it was great! damn he did that shit too? ok i think w/ that wide a variety of great books Brubaker should be given the benefit of the doubt about the whole Geoff Johns of Marvel thing AND he needs to write Doom again and expand upon what he started in that story!

It's Marvel so I'm guessing relaunch. "Big" names on each book, new number 1's etc.
But nothing will have really changed...
