It'd be kinda cool if Kingdom Come did happen in the continuity of the "Beyond Universe". But more than likely the artist just tossed that suit in there for shits and giggles.

Or since they tied in Earth-1 history he kept from when KC Supe joined the JSA. But that might be too much for them to think up though.
