Luke and Danny are out (so to speak) and they never mention Daredevil's real name. And this IS after registration because the whole bullseye killing people happened after Siege. I'm just assuming the Iron fist symbol was there after that too.

and i don't think they care much about the hobos hearing about whats going on with daredevil because hobos living in hell's kitchen probably already have a pretty good idea of whats goin on with him since, y'know there IS a giant castle in the middle of the neighborhood now and bullseye's death wasn't exactly low key.
